Please read rider classification rules if you have not previous raced at an NCO event.
NO SANDBAGGING! (NCO Racing staff will have recent WORCS, D-36, AMP, CMA and OTHG results at the sign-up table)
Skill levels offered - PRO, A(MX Intermediate), B(MX Novice) C(MX Beginner)
If you race amateur motocross nationals and race in the B class you are an intermidiate and race A class.
50cc
A & B skill levels are open to ages up to 8yrs. C class is split into two age groups, 4-6 and 7-8. DRZ70's are legal for all 50cc racing. 10" rear wheel required in all 50cc classes. 50cc bikes with 12" rear wheels must race in the 65 class.
Clutchless
Age limit is 10yrs. For automatic bike like the CRF50, PW50, CRF70, etc. 90cc limit.
65cc
Age limit is 12yrs. 2 strokes up to 65cc and 4 strokes up to 110cc
85cc
Age limit is 16yrs. 2 stokes up to 105cc and 4 stokes up to 150cc. Bigwheels allowed. C & B class is split into two age groups, 7-11yr or 12-16yr. A class is all ages.
150cc
All 150cc bikes race in the 85cc class.
250cc
Minimum age is 12yrs. All 4 strokes and 2 strokes up to 250cc
Open
Minimum age is 12yrs. All 4 strokes and 2 strokes over 251cc
Women
Minimum age is 12yrs. Minimum displacement of 80cc 2 stroke or 125cc 4 stroke. 14" rear wheel minimum.
Girls
65 Girls - Age limit is 13yrs. 4 strokes up to 110cc are legal for 65 Girls racing. 150 Girls - Age limit 16yrs
+25
For racer 25 years old and up. Open displacement.
+30
For racer 30 years old and up. Open displacement.
+40
For racer 40 years old and up. Open displacement.
+50
For racer 50 years old and up. Open displacement.
Schoolboy
Open to A, B and C racers ages 12-18yrs. Minimum displacement of 85cc 2 stroke or 150cc 4 stroke. Pro racers are not eligible for this class.
Collegeboy
Open
to A, B and C racers ages 19-24yrs. Minimum displacement of 85cc 2
stroke or 150cc 4 stroke. Pro racers are not eligible for this class.
1st Timer
Minimum age is 16yrs. Minimum displacement of 85cc 2 stroke or 150cc 4 stroke. This class is for recreational riders who have NEVER competed in a motorcycle racing event of any kind.
PRO
Must compete as a pro in a comparable series or win two 250A or Open A or NCO Racing events. Pro class minimum age is 16yrs. Open Displacement. Pro riders over 25yrs may race with their respective +25A or +30A class as a 2nd class only and will be scored as a +25AA or +30AA. Pro class purse is $250 for 1st, $150 for 2nd and $100 for 3rd.
